Starting in 2001, through her acquisition of hundreds of properties in Alberta and around the globe, Candice has developed several real estate investing techniques, allowing her business to thrive in any market.

Following on that success in 2003, Candice informally launched what would become one of the most unique real estate Mentoring Programs in North America; Homerun Investments Inc. Openly and candidly sharing her techniques with teachable, willing, and enthusiastic real estate investors, who were struggling to survive in an industry which generally hides its' greatest secrets. She has developed a trust with, and admiration for, her Mentoring Program participants. Candice has always had a passion for working with others to help them succeed, even after developing an extremely successful portfolio for herself and her greatest assets, her family.

Candice's three day Foundations for Success course has started thousands of first timers as well as experienced real estate investors on the correct path to financial freedom.
