Mentor: An experienced and trusted advisor or guide. (Oxford Dictionary) We can learn only so much by sitting in a lecture hall or reading a book. The very best education we can get comes from hands-on experience accompanied by mentoring - guidance and advice - from someone who has a proven track record of success. Someone who can candidly not only show us what works, but also what doesn't work.

Candice Graf does not just teach theory. She has been there and done it (doing over 180 deals in less than six years all on her own without using any of her own money) and is still doing it. She has already bought more houses than most people will ever own - 34 in her very first year of real estate investing. In her second year of buying houses Candice Graf received a "Renovator of the Year" award for having bought and renovated 72 homes.

Having set aside many of these homes she purchased for her retirement, Candice Graf is now set for life - but not finished. Candice Graf never uses any of her own money to buy or renovate and she never fails to make a profit. She not only knows what works and what doesn't, she has fun teaching it to others.
