Monthly Handouts

As part of the Homerun Investments Real Estate Mentoring Program online education and investment training courses, the Monthly Handouts are the written portion of Candice's course on how to make money in real estate and property buying advice in Canada as well as internationally. Every month you will be given another chapter to add to your binder, filling it with materials which support and complement that month's topic.

This is the heart of Candice's mentoring program. Every detail Candice knows about any particular monthly topic is spelled out in volumes of written material including; a case study or a deal Candice has personally done detailing how she found it, why she got involved, what the numbers were, any relevant contracts, contacts and how the numbers break down. This growing encyclopedia will continually add to your understanding of this business.

The Monthly Handouts are posted on the website the week prior to each Monthly Mentoring Meeting so that you all have the opportunity to print them out and put them into a binder. By reading through the handouts prior to the meeting, you can formulate any questions you may have and come to the mentoring night prepared. Bring your binders to the Mentoring night so you can follow along with Candice Graf! THE MONTHLY HANDOUTS EXPIRE EACH MONTH and are re-written into books.
